Hello Inspire Brands, I'm sorry to bother you with this issue, but on 1/18/26 at 2:26, I went through the drive-through to pick up an order. I got home, and my roommate took a bite and pulled out a piece of a plastic glove.
I've worked as a manager in the restaurant industry for years. I went back to the restaurant with the food and plastic parts, and I completely understand the inability to give refunds; however, it was the lack of care from the employees that upset me. I understand they cannot give back cash or only make a new sandwich. When we left, no apologies were given; the employees turned around and joked about their day.
They didn't tell their crew to change gloves more often or even discuss it with the person in the back. It's the lack of care from them that really upset me, not the cost of the food.
Preferred solution: I want the crew to be shown how to change gloves. Yes a refund would be nice, but I really just care about the fact that they showed no care for it and didn’t acknowledge it, which could cause other people worse harm.

I'm filing a complaint about the Dunkin franchise and their customer support teams. I have filed six complaints through email and called numerous times for some sort of follow-up to handle the issues at hand, but nothing is ever done!
I'm very irate. Why should I support a franchise that shows no respect or care for their customers who are supporting their business? I have case #1733****, case #1719****, case #1719****, case #1713****, case #CCC650****, and finally case #CCC651****.
Nobody has ever emailed or even attempted to call me back. Great customer service.

I had a problem with the Baskin Robbins in Griffin, GA and I contacted them , but they never responded, so I contacted the BBB and they did not respond to them either. This Griffin store clearly does not care about customer service and that is very sad!

Horrible companies to deal with, both Inspire Brands and Arby's. My car was damaged at the Arby's in Westminster, MD, in August, and I'm still fighting to get acknowledgment from someone.
Contacted Inspire Brands, even worse!
I will not do business with Arby's or any other company owned by Inspire Brands! #inspirebrands #arbys
Preferred solution: Reimbursement for the damage done to my car and rental car expenses!! Acknowledgement would be nice!!

Hi all, I hope you all can help me put inspire brands a $32 billion company on blast For how they handled a situation at Buffalo Wild Wings Location, Danvers mass. I was the AGM and one of our servers cut her wrist in her car before coming to her shift.
When she came in for her shift, she was wearing a hoodie and the GM and I were in the office. We then heard yelling and screaming, and I ran out to see what was going on, and I noticed the server had a slit her wrist. I pushed all the servers out of the way, and I put a tourniquet on her arm until the EMTs arrived. The server was a very good server and never bothered anyone ever.
A great way had a great personality and she was very good and happy person when she called the following day. She called me from the hospital at work and she was really concerned about her job. I told her just to concentrate on getting better and don't worry about her job. Her job will be here once she gets better two days later, the GM contacted the regional manager and they fired her and they wanted me to sign the termination, and I refused once I addressed how they handled the situation with the general manager and regional manager, I was transferred to another store in Saugus mass where I was harassed every single shift by management and staff I went to the regional general manager and told him I need HR contacted due to the fact that I was being harassed it was blown over multiple times due to the fact that I was male what once I spoke to the regional manager he knew nothing about me being harassed.
He finally had HR call me. I explained the situation and then I got a call from the regional manager to meet him and when I met him at another Buffalo wild wings term terminated me. The final straw of my last shift was a supervisor kept two regular bar patrons after hours at the bar to physically assault me making me run into the back and call the police once the harassment started getting Physical. I could not work until the issue was resolved inspire brands.
A dollar company knew nothing about the suicide.
Attempt did not help this poor server who would work her butt off every shift and always make guest very happy and never bothered anybody other than put a smile on their face and they could not help her that is what inspired brands does for their employees then a manager who cares and addresses an issue they don't like to hear they end up terminating him. If anyone reads this can you please post it anyway you can and let people know about Buffalo wild wings and inspire brands in Massachusetts the North Shore region thank you very much for my

Been with the same company arbys also known as inspire brands for 10 years loyal employee who dedicated years of my like to the same company to be told I will not be receiving any paid maternity leave disappointed to say the least and will never be giving my all to any company again treat your shift managers the same you'd treat your assistants do better inspire change get with the times

I am a worker for Buffalo Wild Wings and the company as well as especially corporate is horrible. They dont care about anyone.
Ive been trying since October to get my pay stubs for my medical assistance to qualify and they still havent given me them or gotten me into workday.
Its impossible to get in contact with corporate.
I almost had to go to the Er and cannot go because I cant get my pay stubs to apply for any health or use my earned pto or anything else.

The Gmail of the Murray store gave my paycheck to someone other than me without my permission. They stole my money, and Jimmy John's has done nothing and doesn't feel responsible, and I reported this to the police.

I'm contacting you because your store on Winfield Dunn Parkway needs some immediate supervision. My family and I have been customers of this location several times throughout the years. We've enjoyed some very good meals there in years past, but, I hate to say it, but since COVID, this store has become a total disaster. We've visited this location several times and also handed employees there free Dollywood tickets, thinking that would increase the morale there and team spirit to no avail. My most recent visit was Saturday 12/28/2024, order ID# AABG9MPAAEC7, at 5:34 PM.
Stopped by and got my wife and I dinner. It was a major mistake; the older gentleman that took my order was polite and helpful, but a bit pushy, the other gentleman up front was polite. Both employees I'm speaking about were pretty clean-cut and fairly professional. BUT! The food was less than desirable. We ordered 2 classic beef & cheddar sandwiches, 2 medium curly fries, and an order of the new mac & cheese bites. We ordered from the front counter and took it home. (We live about 8-10 minutes from the store). EVERYTHING was COLD and HARD. It was very upsetting that we stopped there for dinner and it's cold and hard and we have to find something else for dinner tonight.
Then we try to call the store that night and even the next day and NO ONE answers the phone. As I said, this was kind of the straw that broke the camel's back. Please, if not for my sake but for the sake of your future customers, do SOMETHING about this continuous problem. We enjoy a good Arby's Roast Beef sandwich every once in a while, but we like them HOT!
