I need to get a copy of my W2s so I can file my taxes.

My W2s were mailed out to my old address, and I have no way of getting the mail from that address anymore since I don't live there anymore. I have been trying to get a copy of my W2s so I can file my taxes before the deadline.

I would appreciate it if Inspired Brands can help me get a copy of my W2s. My name is Charles Kevin Elliott and my SS# is 229-27-****. I was told to go on Paylocity and download them from there, but I don't have my username or password. If there's any way someone could help me, I'd appreciate it big time.

Stolen paycheck

The Gmail of the Murray store gave my paycheck to someone other than me without my permission. They stole my money, and Jimmy John's has done nothing and doesn't feel responsible, and I reported this to the police.

I'm contacting you because your store on Winfield Dunn Parkway needs some immediate supervision. My family and I have been customers of this location several times throughout the years. We've enjoyed some very good meals there in years past, but, I hate to say it, but since COVID, this store has become a total disaster. We've visited this location several times and also handed employees there free Dollywood tickets, thinking that would increase the morale there and team spirit to no avail. My most recent visit was Saturday 12/28/2024, order ID# AABG9MPAAEC7, at 5:34 PM.

Stopped by and got my wife and I dinner. It was a major mistake; the older gentleman that took my order was polite and helpful, but a bit pushy, the other gentleman up front was polite. Both employees I'm speaking about were pretty clean-cut and fairly professional. BUT! The food was less than desirable. We ordered 2 classic beef & cheddar sandwiches, 2 medium curly fries, and an order of the new mac & cheese bites. We ordered from the front counter and took it home. (We live about 8-10 minutes from the store). EVERYTHING was COLD and HARD. It was very upsetting that we stopped there for dinner and it's cold and hard and we have to find something else for dinner tonight.

Then we try to call the store that night and even the next day and NO ONE answers the phone. As I said, this was kind of the straw that broke the camel's back. Please, if not for my sake but for the sake of your future customers, do SOMETHING about this continuous problem. We enjoy a good Arby's Roast Beef sandwich every once in a while, but we like them HOT!

Ive been paying a premium in Massachusetts for oat milk due to being lactose intolerant. I was even yelled at , at the drive through once for an additional fifty cents.

I conservatively believe my Ice coffees cost me an extra 100 dollars for a year due to the non dairy tax. Im kindly asking for you to make this right.

The general manager refused to fulfill an order that was already paid for through Uber Eats and slammed the door in my wife's face. She was the delivery driver and he told her to go somewhere else and get lost.

I eat there regularly but there was a big incident that happened with one of your employees that was out of my hands. I ordered from door dash as usual, it said it was being prepared.

I then get a phone call from someone claiming to be the manager that tells me my food isnt coming. Mind you a hour plus before they closed. I asked why and he said I decided to close early. I then said that the money was already taken from my account and asked if he could get ahold of DoorDash and he said no and followed with are you stupid?

I was like what? He said look it up on the website you dumb *** and hung up. The manager seems not to care. Nor will they even return my phone call or answer when I call.

He text me from his personal cell phone of which I have copies of everything that took place and his threats he made to me and considering he knows where my business is I am considering contacting the local police not only were they filled with cuss words not to mention telling me in those messages he is not on the clock so he could say whatever including saying listen here you stupid *** and following in another I better not *** with him or else.and he could never get fired because he is loved and adored. I did nothing wrong except order my food as I usually do from there and then there is an entire back story.

I do expect a phone call back from somebody! This much I do!

Complaint

I am writing this complaint for my husband since I work for a complaint department. You have advertised for bartending positions at your Buffalo Wild Wings location in Greece, NY.

Through a search engine, he applied for the job and received an interview date for today at 2 pm. He goes to the interview and they do not even know that he is coming for the interview, but tell him we only hire within. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND COULD HAVE USED HIS TIME MORE WISELY ON ANOTHER INTERVIEW. Your company has just lost out on a 25+ experienced bartender who would have been a good asset and role model for your company.

If you are not going to hire employees from the community then do not advertise that you are.

You only are giving yourself a bad name and reputation. I will never step foot into any of your locations now that I know which companies you own.

I hope all is well. My name is Sasha.

I been coming around in the Racine BDubs for quite sometime. For the past few years its seems this store cant get things running back like the way it was. When majority resturants in the area have been striving. Even new resturants have open and going strong.

Why is this store failing? I understand covid was somewhat an issue. Like I stated others in this area and companies are striving and getting better. I noticed in two years mangers have come and gone.

There were a full staff of managers and servers. Now its a hit and miss. Some days bars open other its not. Some nights there open others not.

I have noticed three GMs Mike Nape and his crew were the best. It seem after COVID he couldn't get the support. He needed so he left. Brought in a new GM.

Was thinking he was going to change things. He was let go. So I'm thinking is this even a store any more? Or is it a shell front?

Because somewhere in the higher ranks. Isn't letting this store succeed. Mangers are getting let go left and right. Can't hire the right people.

Managers arguing with their staff because they're all unstable to handle simple task. Leaving things half ***. Walking off their shifts because they have a break down. Why are these people even being consider as managers?

How is this even possible? Don't anyone do background checks? To see if their stable enough to handle simple task. Managers should be managing not being glorified cooks, servers, bartenders, and everything else they need to do.

This is not how to run a resturant or a bar and grill. To me it seems someone in the ranks is not letting this comapny or this store succeeded like used to be. Whats it for them if their blocking funds? Or not letting the managers do their jobs and properly train the people in the needed time.

Are they getting bonuses? Because they feel; they can run a place with the fewest amount of people to save a few bucks? You cant make money if you don't spend money. This place was pack non stop had a staff of over hundred people.

Thirty servers. Cover day nights and weekends. Five mangers; all knew what and how to run a staff and customers coming back. Six bartenders, Two bartenders on Tuesdays and Thursdays sometimes three on the weekend.

Because it was non stop from opening to close. Now its like one or two or maybe a handful of people. At a time. I see managers running with food, cooking, cleaning tables.

While I see servers on their phones standing around. I see two people constantly being busy. One gentleman think he does the cleaning. Seems hes always wiping tables outside and garbage, he will once in awhile grab trays from the table if he sees the server need some help.

Another woman is running food to the go area and filling cup tray for suaces. Cleaning as well, bussing tables, wiping tables so customers arent sitting at dirty tables. This should be the servers job. Floors always looking dirty in the back area.

But again I just see either a bartender woman standing, playing on her phone. Servers in back or next to bartender being on phones. I know its dead or the customers they have might be taken care of. But if you have time to lean you have time to clean.

If this how you run a place not sure how you even keeping the electric on? Its just matter of time that BDubs will be a place that was.

Just like Applebee's, Chi Chis, Ground Round and few other that disappeared. Because they couldn't keep up with basic things to keep it going.

Referral bonus
